I would have to say quality.

Who cares if it sounds good or gives you 50hp if it falls apart.

Isn't weight part of performance increase or do you just want the install to be easier???

Maybe you meant power increase.

definitely sound...

most any "good" exhausts are going to net about the same power gains...

sound is the key, no doubt...

Sound and quality, and performance. I agree most will net ~ the same, but I do not want to get out of the car with my ears bleeding just for 20hp. I'll take 18.5hp with a more stock sounding tone and straight-exit stock-looking tip.

Lots of things. Manderal bends, 3 inches inside diameter, but i think the most important thing of all...gotta be 304 stainless steel. I only want to buy an exaust once.

Quality, Power increase and most importantly, how much it muffles the sound.theres 5 things i hate in this world and one is loud mufflers. I mean whats the point of MUFFLER if it just amplifies it.

I wanted to say the same thing 100%, but also quality. Like B&B for example nice gains and sound but poor poor quality according to many members here. They all mean something, but some just more then others.

Quality is important as mush as power. Why buy an exhuast if it does not make power or fall apart in a year.

Sound on the other hand is a by-product of making power. Less restriction means more explosions you will hear out of an exhaust. I hate noise. It wakes people up at night and if you ever punch it near a police, they will be on you in a heart beat. With the stock level noise, the police don't notice anything, even if you punch it half a block away from them (from experience). I knew a guy with a loud exhaust who got a ticket for speeding when the police followed his exhaust noise from a block away.

I wish someone will put some great deal of R&D and make an exhaust that will make huge power with stock level sounds.

yeah, the differences are minimal, the weight savings are minimal, but the sound differences are most noticible than anything else
