I've been running the S1's for about a year now.. Car idles/runs perfectly (except the clutch went out recently)
Can't comment on a power increase because I did a bunch of other mods at the same time though.

None of the cams that are part of that batch are likely to be in circulation anymore but you can ask for a pic to make sure prior to purchase.

Thanks
My old S1s have been running for the last 3 years, my S2s for the last 2 years, and my new GSC cams as soon as I get them will get the counter started. I have no fear of the cams other than the possible batch issue which I feel has been adequately resolved.

The point people are missing is that does upgrading cams on IX seem to give a lot of power?
From what I've been reading that it is not a big gain...maybe ~20whp on a stock or red turbo.
To me that is not a big enough gain for the money being spent. I'll be upgrading to a PTE 5857 turbo and running it on a stock motor. The turbo will have plenty of power that the stock motor can handle.
