TB leak, again

I rebuilt my 03's throttle body for a shaft leak about a year or two ago, and now I'm seeing a major leak there again. Can anyone recommend a source for a good rebuild kit?

i'm pretty sure that Mil.spec is still the main source for these seals? I've heard of more than a few people bending them slightly during the install end having leaking issues. not really sure man.

All I know is that it didn't show up on my May boost test, and it showed up major today. I put 65psi into my air bottle and could only build 1-2 psi boost in the motor before it all went away. As best as I can tell, that's where the sound is coming from.

It's in the install. You have to lube the rubber part with the right high temp grease, or it will dry out and catch, causing a leak.

Did you rebuild it with OEM seals? I just finished replacing my seal with the milspec seals. Its either them or works.

I don't remember who's seals I used (not mitsu), and used this MO for the replacement, which says to use dialectic grease.

I imagine there's a better grease?
