p0441 and p0011 after clutch install

hey guys I just installed an exedy twin disk and about 25 miles after driving on it i get the cels. They are p0441 (evap system contol system incorrect purge flow) and p0011 (variable vavle timing system). Im lost cause im not really sure how the clutch might of set these codes off. Any help and suggestion would be greatly appriciated

thanks

Double check your intake cam sensor plug, make sure the EGR is hooked up, clear the codes, see what happens.

Also feel on the back of the intake manifold where the egr lines go to one of the egr solenoids... may have broken one of the ports off the solenoid...

i checked all egr and the cam sensor and didnt really see nething. the hoses seemed to be on but it was dark out and i am gonna double check tomorow when there is light. I cleared the codes tho and drove around for about 15 miles. No codes yet but my car feels like its not making the power it was. It feels like it has more lag now so i am going to do a boost leak test aswell.

I have also searched and seen this code has pooped up on some cars after intalling cams. I have 280/272 kelford cams but they have been in for about 3000 miles and not one code until after the clutch install. And I remeber that my battery was also shorted out after we put the clutch in (a socket fell on the pos and neg of the starter and was touching both at the same time). I had to get a new battery because of this. Im not sure if that could have nething to do with that iether. Thanks for the help so far

After doing some reading we r gonna check the the sprocket that is held in by a 12mm bolt on the driver side of the cams.

i wana make sure they r not 180 degrees off

I believe there is 3 vacum lines that go to your EGR they pop off all the time during a clutch install due to the motor rocking back and forth when all the mounts are unbolted and when the hoses dry out they just pop off on their own... make sure they are not torn or popped off and then zip tie them. Also trace them to the source and make sure they are attached there as well. Also on the cam sensor make sure the wires arent pinched.
