Is it worth upgrading from a JDM MR BOV to something else? Running basic bolt ons - turbo, cams, ecu, exhaust, intake, FMIC etc.

It depends what loud sound you are looking for. Greddy type-s is a loud whistle, where as the greddy type-rs is a loud whoosh sound. I've had both on my car and like the type-s sound but its not really that good for high boost applications. So i'll keep that on my honda and maybe use the rs for my evo.
