what boost controler are you using
I'm running the BR Inline for about 1.5yrs now. Never had it back down on me and holds boost pretty good. I'm probably going to go the ECU controlled boost route in the near future though.

What he said it will basically interrupt pressure to the wastegate and gives more control over boost vs. a bleed system which is basically any 2 port EBC or MBC. I personally want more control over my boost so I doing full ECU based boost control.
Here is our inline MBC if the OP is interested.

Thats interesting. We sell these daily with ZERO complaints. Most people if they buy a product and they are not happy or it gives them a problem they will call the company it came from to resolve it. I havent had a phone call related to our inline MBC unless it was to purchase it or something as simple as it was put in backwards and wouldnt control boost.
We get customers who buy our MBC's who dont even have a DSM, Evo, Subaru or Genesis. They are on anything from R32 Skylines to turbo Vipers to Supra's to GTi's and havent had any issues with them.
If you try to adjust the boost without popping the hose off the end quick it will turn the knob back down as the line would be twisted. As for leaking... the MBC has a bleed hole. ALL MBC's have one. Its not leaking boost. Its needed.
Thanks for slamming what we have come to know from the community as a good product though.

How easy is this to install? Where does the third hose attach to or is there an existing hose that is used? I read the instructions and could not tell.
Also what are peoples thoughts? I am not going for high hp more I wantr
reliable power. I have tbe, intake open element, fuel pump, and lower intercooler pipe. I was about to install a hallman mbc when I stumbled across this thread. Is the gmspeed bc that much better than a mbc? Seems like people have been running andtuning mbc just as easily but is a solenoid bc more safe?

Search. There is 100 threads about ECU controlled boost using a 3 port GM solenoid to control boost. It is the boost controller. I only use one as a fail safe on my meth kit, I use a manual boost controller for the actual boost control because I'm to lazy to change it out. But the BR Inline works pretty good.
If you are having Dave tune your car, he'll know what to do...If you are interested looking in the ECUFlash section...
I have the Perrin MBC on and it looks exactly like the buschur MBC... Good bang for the buck if you ask me, the only problem is make sure you disconnect the hose on the MBC before adjusting or it will back down due to the hose twisting.
