E85 or Meth- Which is a cheaper setup?

Like the title says. I would like as much feedback as possible. I am currently tuned with some weak *** 91 octane. I am making 439whp at 24.5psi but would like to make around 510-520whp. Please help me out guys with this extremely tough decision. Also if anyone knows of a cheap DIY Twin Walbro setup that would be awesome.

Current Mods
BR HTA35R
BR Deluxe FMIC
BR UICP/LICP
BR TB Exhaust
BR MAF Pipe
Kelford 272 Cams
Supertech Springs/Retainers
Findaza Cam Gears
HKS Superflow Intake
Deutschwerks 880cc Inj.

Also if you could let me know if fuel rails are a must or not, I've heard from 2-3 guys who say that the stock fuel rail would be fine.

Thanks again!

larger injector (1200cc) more boost (30lbs) e85 with BR Double pumper then do your bottom end = 600+
Stock fuel rail is fine seen people make over 600 on stock rail/regulator

I say 1450cc injectors and a double pumper for e85.... its forsure safer than meth...
After you try e85 you will never wana be on pump again....

If it's widely available near you, definitely go with the E-85. It is one of the best mods I did (maybe only second to the FP Red), and was an easy choice for me over meth injection. Personally, I would rather just run out of one type of fuel, and not have to worry about refilling the meth tank or having the system fail.

Also, the stock fuel rail and lines will be fine for your 520whp goal.

how are the deatschwerks 1600cc injectors. Got a good deal on them, I currently have the 880s with them and they work awesome.

E-85 is definitely the better/safer route. I'm hoping we get it around here one day so I can ditch the meth.

I do not recommend using these injectors. For starters, these injectors are a pintle design, which is the least desirable type for this type of application. This design is prone to fouling, and that is a genuine concern with E85. Furthermore, the pintle mechanism is heavy and slower as compared to ball and disc types, which is why pintle types are more failure prone.

I suspect you will see more discussions like this from those who've unwittingly gone this route:

The FIC Bluemax 1650 is a faster ball type, and much less prone to fouling.

I would go E85 without a doubt. Not only it has proven great power, it is as seamless as it could be. And it is unbelievable knock resistant.
If available it's cheaper as well. GO E85 if possible.

Just my opinion.

I'm planning on making the switch from pump/meth to e-85, it will definitely give me piece of mind not having to worry about pump failure or anything else related to meth.
