AMS Hardpipes?

Ok so bought my car with a 30r installed and currently it has Hybrid's or HDI's Harpipes and intercooler which has 3inch pipping. I was looking into the the small battery kit and AMS hardpipes but there 2.5 inches. Should i just stick with what i got or is HDI's hardpipes just better for a 500hp car? Any thouhts or suggestions would be awesome thanks.

You usually don't see 3in intercooler piping unless you're getting into the 700+whp range. Even then, lots of them use 2.5. I imagine you could benefit from some 2.5in piping, quicker response and maybe pick up a little spool, not really sure though.

Most setups utilize the 2.5" piping for both the upper and lower intercooler piping.
Going to a full on 3.0" pipe is basically overkill for a relatively small 30r turbo.
It could effect the turbo spooling up time, but I doubt you will notice a dramatic
difference between both pipe sizes on your setup.

I use the Buschur Racing stainless steel upper and lower piping. There are alot
of companies out there selling some thin walled mild steel junk.
