mines does not loosen up at all and it takes me at least 5min to try and get it into reverse

mines got the hoses running back towards the turbo, seems to be where it heads. if you unplug it does it give any more psi? or less? same?

GEEZ!!! EVERYONE READ THE THREAD BEFORE POSTING!!!! THERE ARE LIKE 20 OF THE SAME RESPONSES ALREADY!!!! OP in regards to your NEW question which everyone has failed to notice, it is probably your synchros going bad, that is the reason for your shifting problems.

Try adjusting the clutch rod out a little. See if that help getting it into reverse. Seen this on a couple cars with new clutch installs. But still worth a shot

Yes that is the OEM BCS, cap the two ends. Do not unplug it.
