E-85 setup, not hitting 11's

Does anyone find this setup odd for not hitting 11's? I am hitting a 12.1 @ 113 with a 1.8 60' consistently. There is something up with this. Particularly the trap speeds. I am not having traction issues, but shouldnt i be getting better times/traps out of these mods?

My ride will hit 30 PSI with no problem in 3rd, 4th, and 5th if starting from 3k RPM at like 40MPH. But 1st and 2nd come no where near 30. When im launching at the track, i usually peak at 20-25 PSI in all gears. Also, i had my 2 step bumped to 6k RPM. It only builds 4 PSI tops in the 2 step. I had a leak test done and all leaks were fixed, to include new throttle body seals. What do you guys suspect is going on? Is it my actuator or something? Im at a loss for what is happening.

E-85 tuned mods:

FP Green, Ported by FP
Mynes Tubular Manifold
Forge WGA
Cosworth M2 Cams
RC 1000cc injectors
AMS Intercooler kit
AMS Mini Batt
Hallman MBC
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Buschur O2 Housing
Buschur CA filter
Exedy Twin HD

Well I really know zippo when it comes to drag racing, but your mph seems way off for a 30psi e85 tune w/ cams and an FP green...frankly it looks closer to IndyEvos speed on stock car w/ MBC + tune + pump gas....

Your 2 step should build to at least 10 - 12 psi range....

Who tuned your car? Are you logging knock (my guess is you have a tune issue and a boost leak) ? Do you log boost (it would be interesting to see what your boost curve looks like) ?

What does your boost do after you hit 30 psi at ~3500 ? Where is boost at 6000 - 8000 rpm ? Remember when you are drag racing, after 1st gear you're likely in the 6K + range all the time....

Like cij911 mentioned, who tuned the car? And do you have any logs of the runs? That would help a lot in diagnosing what could be improved with your setup.

The ET is mostly going to be driving related (and it's not bad), but the MPH seems low, even with what I'm assuming are pretty high ambient temperatures in Arizona.

Thanks for a quick response.

Well i had a boost leak done to ensure there were no boost leaks. They were fixed. Does the tune actually affect the 2 step? I figured it would be something mechanical/hardware instead of tune. Its on a MBC, so im confused as how the tune would affect it not hitting 30 PSI in a run down the track. School me if im wrong, im open to any suggestions for fixing this problem i have been having.

I will try to get some logs, but ill need to grab a tactrix. I ran the 12.1 @ 113 at 70's temps.

Are you positive you have enough injector for 30psi on e-85 on a green?

Pretty positive they werent maxed out. I bought the FP Green/Mani/WGA off a local guy with a good rep. He was putting down 430 on the dyno with nearly my exact setup. I havent had a chance to dyno, but im sure it will not reflect the same.

the tune is bad most likely, you got a bunch of knock and the timing is being pulled, the tune has alot to do with the 2 step as well so get that redone and you should be in the 11s no problem

Thanks, ill have it taken a look at. I was having a misfiring/hesitation problem before. I replaced the plugs and it solved the problem. Perhaps it was the culprit.

the reason you arent hitting 30psi at the track, is because when you are on the street, and hammer it from a certain rpm, the motor has more load on it, and the turbo spikes higher.

i woudl look at your tune. my car has a 20g, 264 cams, 25-26 psi, with e85, and i ran 11.6@118.

what are your 60 foots?
