Ever since I got T-bolt clamps my pipes are snug as can be. However, just a few days ago one of my couplers poped open!!!

My oem pipes would always pop off, not fun when you got stuff to do and a long drive.
I got my SS ETS pipes installed in May and never had a problem again.

Evo being my first turbo car, scared the hell out of me when I heard the loud pop when a clamp let go the first time. I never go anywhere anymore without a 1/4" drive, extension and the deepwell sockets to fit my clamps. Though now that I'm prepaired I haven't had a problem in 5 months.

I can definitely see the benefit of SS piping now!

It also helps to have real ic pipes and couplers, not some weak rubber hoses.

you wont be able to reuse those clamps but you can reuse tbolts, they just have to be tightened down basically as hard as you can get it.

Smart man! We do the same thing on our installs. Point them down or back so you can reach them. I hate when T-bolts are pointed up.

Thanks!
