Does the FP White turbo even require an injector upgrade?

Go ahead and get the white, it sounds fine for what you're trying to achieve. Replacing a stock turbo, with a lil better spool and tiny bit more top end.

I currently have the HTA FP White on my car now, and I am really happy with it! It came on the car when I bought it and I havent been disappointed! It spools super quick and is good for a bit more power than a IX turbo! You wont be disappointed! To give you an idea of what this turbo can do, which isnt super impressive but give an idea none-the-less, my best 1/4 mile pass is a 12.2 at 117mph with a 1.7 60ft. Hope this might help a bit! Like I said, good turbo, with a little more power potential than stock!

either go for a evo 9 turbo , FP white, or you can get a evo 9 20g.

your cheapest option would be a used evo 9 turbo (great upgrade for an evo VIII)
2nd a new evo 9 turbo (gruppe-s has a deal on them for 800 bucks shipped w/ an install kit
3rd would be an evo 9 20g (same as above you can get this for 1100 shipped w/ an install kit
the last would be an FP white the most pricier of your options and the price given to you by FP does not include shipping or an install kit.

Liking the Tomei ARMS over the white after lots of research. BBK would be killer too. Looking to do about the same upgrade, still runnin factory evo 8 turbo at about 81K miles.

@RedIXRS09 did you use bigger injectors with the FP white? Looking into getting one with bolt - ons. Unsure of injectors?

Stock long block? Post the mods and the dyno graph of course. Otherwise you are blowing smoke out the keester.

Just to put this far fetched claim in perspective, one has to keep in mind that the White flowed less CFM than the Old School Green. So, this claim is truly absurd.
