It may be, I know it's 6th place ET and 7th place MPH as of today, but I don't know about the people faster than me and their engines.

I am running 100 octane from the pump. Delta Sonic sells at 4 of their pumps here.

you could also try calling fp. i believe they have a 25psi wastegate. that i believe is higher than the forge.

Actually, boost creep is usually considered to be wastegate related. As in insufficient bypass flow, etc. Boost taper, on the other hand, is more likely to be backpressure related.
