Ways to hold boost at higher rpms

Actually, boost creep is usually considered to be wastegate related. As in insufficient bypass flow, etc. Boost taper, on the other hand, is more likely to be backpressure related.

So... I need help guys. I am running 28 psi, about to crank it up more, but it falls hard up top. After 7000 rpm, its down to 21 or lower, and keeps dropping..... My MPH is pretty much stuck at 122 - 123 mph right now at 28 psi. I run the... stock turbo with a ported hot side, buschur piping, buschur race fmic, etc... are there tricks that I can do here.I am about ready to rip that turbo out and weld up the wastegate,,,
