Just as it says... I have an old Turbo magazine that tests 12 exhaust systems but the AMS was not on the list. Anybody wanna chime in??? I'm looking in the average to cheap price range (No full Titanium units will fit my budget lol)

ams definitely isn't going to be the cheapest

personally I'd look at the buschur unit with the magnaflow muffler if you want it a little quieter

I think whether they're new or used is irrelevant. The sound and horsepower gains should be the same.

What part of NJ are you from Chaotic?

Yes. I've run both AMS catless and Buschur Bullet catless TBE's. Both pretty loud. As far as power, I'm not sure the differance. I'm certain there is little to no difference in power. Both amazing quality. But I, personally, give the looks and sound quality to Buschur.

You can find these used right around $400-600. New you're looking at $850+ for either.

haha, Hoof Hearted I don't think he was saying price is irrelevant. He was joking around saying that the sound and horsepower gains are the same if you buy it new, or used.
