2006 evo IX

im usually driving in top gear(5th) and the engine fuse goes out. i wanna say when im boosting most of the times. anyone know whats causing it? it just happened for the second time!

i switched taillights with my friends and got his evo8 tails. the bulb he had goes a lot quicker when i turn on the turning signals??? that wouldnt really do anything would it?

 

Check your grounds in the engine bay. maybe look into one of the "Circle Earth" grounding kits. sounds like a ground problem somewhere.

people have been saying grounding problems when i lowered it might be rubbing. guy had a problem with the rear 02 housing and it blew his engine fuse that way.

well me and my friend looked at it yesterday and some guys at evoempire were all saying rear o2 sensor. so we looked and yup it was rubbing. i had to take out my test pipe anyways and put the cat back for smog. but thanks mang! i think it sold the problem hopefully...
