Nice gains I think - right at the magic 300 whp mark and very very safely tuned - emphasis on a straight smooth powerband

We tune each car in a different manner depedning on fuel used - customer driving style and other factors
We did another evo with similar mods which made 330 whp at 11.8 a/f and more timing - that was a customer who usually ran 94 octane and wanted to be more on the edge

If not, I will once again put it back on the car. I know Shiv would not tune with it on there. What is your take?

The intake does throw off the entire maf reading - causing the car to go super lean - thats why many people who install the intake feel a lot more power
IF you install it we will simply tune with it in - more work - but I can do it no prob
MAYBE the reason why he wont tune with it in is because those intake equiped cars are very strong - they run at 12/1 a/fs too lean for my tastes - and his tune may actually loose power on intake equiped cars
I havn;t had any problems with any mods at all with my reflash - this dyno sheet is a very good example of that - my tune is a full point richer than when he came in and STILL it makes more power
when you run lean like that you get too much knock activity and your ign timing goes down to single digits - no power
