Sounds like a bad TOB. Good luck.

TOB, which I'm told from a Mitsu dealership, that it is normal even with a new aftermarket clutch.

My OEM TOB is rattling and when the pedal is pushed it, it gradually goes away. Mitsu told me it's just the TOB starting to wear eventhough the clutch is fine at 44k miles. I'm sure they were bsing me some bit, but they said all evos do it, even ones with newer clutches.

You're going to get mixed results saying it's bad, but I don't know how it could be bad, and if it were installed wrong it wouldn't be running. You'll also hear it is normal, which is what I've come to accept for my situation.

Very normal. Ive heard evos with 1k miles on them do it. My cars done it its whole life with the stock clutch and the aftermarket. Actually it is a bit quieter with the ACT in the but still noticeable 100%
