I would say to run it on its own vacuum line directly off the manifold. Im pretty sure that all of us are running it on its own and then T something less important than a fuel pump in.

If you already have it on its own, then there is something wrong with the switch you got.

responses like yours ^^^ **** me off. why would this **** a vendor off? It doesnt say its a pos or anything. customer said its not working and it would be beneficial to give a response, by either the vendor or another customer who had one, to help him out. If the vendor gets pissed off by a person posting he needs help, then who gives a ****. I wouldn't buy from them anymore. DB hasn't been that type of person at all unless your first response is saying that his product is a POS or something to that effect.

I am pulling out my sending unit today and check all the wirings and pump itself.
I will data log also and I hope I can fix the issue.(by my self)

I really want to keep this BR double pumper cause I hate to put external pump and upgrade my fuel lines.

I think one of my pump is bad. I tested both and the 1st one is loud and the 2nd one is much quieter .

Also my AFR is now 12.-12.6 @ WOT @ 30psi bosot. I am changing the fuel pump this week. I also put LED light on the 2nd pump. Whenever I boost led lights up so my 2nd pump is working but not sure if the 1st or 2nd pump is bad/pumping slow.

I'm very confused.

Here is what I want both of you to do.

The kits come with a pressure switch. Use the switch we supplied with the kits. Take the vacuum line off the switch we supplied. Take a small diameter allen wrench or something else small and stick it in the end of switch where the vacuum port is. Push it gently and by doing this the 2nd pump will come on. You should be able to hear it run.

If it run by doing that then the wiring/grounding is correct. Also if it runs by doing that you can be 99% certain the switch we sent is also good.

Now, if you want to know if the pump is pumping enough for the engine. Take the rear lower seat portion out, unplug the primary plug from the fuel pump. Now have someone start the car for you while you depress that switch manually. The car should run like normal as long as you are depressing that switch.

IF you have a fuel pressure gauge installed. Turn the key on and look at the pressure, it should be about 40'ish psi. To check the 2nd pump, unplug the primary pump, start the car, it will drop the fuel pressure to 0. Then simply depress the switch manually and the pressure should go up to 40'ish psi on the secondary pump.

IF you find that the 2nd pump is coming on but not building good pressure it is more than likely a priming issue. You can simply run the pump manually and most of the time it will prime and once it does they stay primed. Sometimes they will not prime though. As a side note I test absolutely every single kit that leaves here now and have been for about 6 months to be sure they flow correctly. If your kit came with the pump assembly in a large ziplock bag and had fluid in it, it was tested. If you bought one before that it was not checked before it shipped.

If you send it back here evovin, I'll check it/flow it for you, don't just replace the pump, it's probably not bad.
