Need help!!!

Ok so I have a 03 Gsr and all of a sudden it won'take more then 13lbs of boost and is making a loud whistling noise.

I did a boost leak test from the intercooler inlet tube and it is leaking a little from the throttle body and one of the injectors... Do you guys think these leaks would make it lose 7lbs of boost?

I replaced the tb gasket and no change... I plan on doing the shaft seals and injector seals now but anyone have any other ideas?

Any help is apreciated... This things been driving me crazy for the last couple of weeks

I was loosting about 4 psi of boost when my shaft seals were about half gone, so its possbile to loose 7 if they are really shi*ty.
