evo 7 build from Australia

Hey guys,
I'm from Australia and I drive an Evo 7 GSR.
It just had stock turbo, megan o2 housing, megan 3" front pipe, hi-flow cat and a fujitsubo catback.

I'm currently in the process of some upgrades.
The motors come out for some necessary work.

port and polished head
kelford txt272 cams
Jun cam gears
Jun valve springs
Jun titanium retainers

full race prostock manifold
fp green hta
pte 1000cc injectors
walbro 255 pump
apexi pfc
ams fmic with lower piping
arp headstuds etc etc
running 98

Im wondering if should do the internals as its currently apart?
What you guys think and recommend?

cheers guys! I'll post some pics up of the build soon!

Internals are always good insurance but alot depends on how far you really want to push it and if the Green HTA is the end of the road or not. If its on 98RON I would think you'll have to keep the boost and timing low enough because of the fuel that its not "required" but if you have the budget and the time a budget internal is a good thing to consider. The other thing is the age of the engine...how many K?

Yeah i think the Green HTA will be it. after i finish this build I will try and stop myself from doing anything more, unless necessary!!
The motor currently has about 85,000ks on it, in good condition and compression.
I think I might as well do the internals.
Better now than later.
any recommendations on what parts to get?
I was looking at wiseco pistons / manley rods

Wiseco/Manley is a good combo, we run more JE/Eagle for budget builds since it works to 600-650whp. I think we have only done one or two Wiseco motors in the last 2 years, but as long as they are 2618 alloy they seem to be more predictable. Be careful using Wisecos piston to wall spec as that is not very accurate. It will typically only have one value of something like .0025 and not really give you an idea where you need to be for XXX power or YYY application. Something more like .0045 or .005 is where you'll want to be generally.
