Who can explain?
go to settings and boost level and select 1.3 bar. you will have to set your duty cycle as well.....mine is at 63%. you will also need to mess with the start duty and feedback speed. my feedback speed is set for 1 for all gears.

this has a great explanation on what the features of the avc-r do. basically the feedback speed determines how fast the controller will attempt to regulate boost. to high of a value however can cause oscillation.
start duty adds or subtracts duty to the solenoid depending on the gear. this is valuable in keeping a car from overboosting in a higher gear or for adding duty say in first gear when you are trying to get the turbo spooled.
