Help, Please...
Haha, get the software. Install and start up EvoScan. Plug in your Tatrix Cable into the OBDII and then into the USB.

Hit the start datalogger button and eventually you will see the received data screen turn green. Drive around a little, do a couple variations, but be sure to include the problem area. Save it somewhere, and then PM a tuner. E-mail them the log file and they can help you out. It would also be very helpful to have a wideband hooked up so they can see your AFRs.

do not tune the car by-yourself,
do a boost leak test, re-check MBC if everything is connected right.
check all intercooler pipings.
get your car tuned please and lower your boost down to 20psi, email e-tuner get new map. Turning the knob out -lower your boost :>D

No one said anything about tuning my own car. I was going to get a log and send that to a tuner...
and I did a leak test, nothing showed up, seemed all clear. I did turn my boost down, all the way, and no matter what My MBC shows, i'll hit 30 PSI.
I wouldn't dare try to tune my own car. I dont know wtf I'm doing, nor where to start. I'm just confused on how the E-tuner works...
And Perrin MBC.
What are the chances that there is a leak in my MBC line and its throwing everything off?

I kept having trouble with an MBC on another Mitsubishi (now sold). I never could get it adjusted to where it should be and I was in high boost too. Well, I had a compressor and a paint gun with a regulator on it with a gauge. I think you know where I am going with this. Once I got the MBC off the car and hooked up with this rig it took maybe five minutes to get it working and set right.
I suspect the reason adjusting the MBC changes the way the engine operates is because you are overboosting and the ECU is shutting things down.

He essentially made his own MBC is what i take from that. Put in the regulator and used the gauge on it to read and set his boost... I would take the log of what is going on now, send it to a tuner. Then remove the MBC and just run wastegate pressure until you hear back from them. That way, you get the info you need from a professional, and don't risk blowing something up while your waiting for the retune. +1 on attempting to clean it, it could be sticky especially if its cranked all the way down and your still at 30+ psi. Your sure your turning it down right, not up
. Good luck, I hope it all works out. Post up with any other questions or comments. Relax, you will be fine.

Yeah, I would turn in a notch each direction and drive it, and i finally found a spot where it doesnt bog till 6000RPM...
well I told my friend to take off my MBC now, so should I put it back on for the log?
and does 30 bucks sounds right for the evoscan??

I would probably just buy new or borrow mbc for quick sec and see if problem is solved, if not just get hallman pro mbc 80 buck shipped i belive, im pretty sure it is mbc or maybe problem with WGA? waste gate annunciator.?
I bet you getting fuel cut from running too much boost,
also when was last time you replace your spark plugs?

Yes, run with the MBC for the log, you will use it for the tune. Only have it a few turns up from the lowest setting. I think halfway on the knob is right around 27 lbs or something. Just be careful and get the tune SOON. 30 bucks does sound right, its a little pricey, but it will be worth it. You can only get it from one place so you cant find a cheaper price. Also, if you have a friend with a wideband, it would be good to use that and take a log of your AFRs with EvoScan and send that to the tuner too.
I heard the one I had was one of the best =/ FML
I think its more then the MBC...how could a boost controller cuase bogging, smoking, stalling, poor idle, fuel cut off etc =/

Swapping out the MBC isn't a bad idea. It will help you narrow the problem down. And may I ask why you are running an aftermarket wastegate with a stock turbo and were running just stock boost?
