Hey guys. I'm currently running this double pumper kit on E85. Overall, it's an awesome kit and you get EVERYTHING you need to install (E85 safe lines, filters, etc.). I believe that the kit offers two different kind of references for measuring how much fuel to feed (MAF reference or boost reference).
As soon as I got the kit, it had all the wires labelled and some of the wires already had pins on it for a super easy install. I can vouch for this kit and say that it is very well put together. My tuner (Bryan@GST) said that its pretty simple to tune with. It basically uses a meth controller ran to a relay, then to the pumps.
I find this kit to be very reliable. I daily drive my evo on E85 with a 35r and have not ran into any issues with it.My only no0b mistake that I made was when I initially setup the meth controller (I had the start PSI way too low, so i would get a lean spike when boost was building).

Anyone in the market looking to get a double pumper kit, I would suggest getting this one!

-Jesse

let me say this...I am the first ever customer of the BlaqOps double pumper. Did it work up to standards on it's first test. Not what was expected, but I tried to do something different than whats normally used and went with 2 270lph pumps. They don't adjust. They only run at about 32 psi base pressure with a Fuelab AFPR. However, on the day of my tune, the owner/producer/mastermind of BlaqOps was present and saw the issues. The car was only making about 32 psi base pressure. The very next day he personally swapped in a Walbro 255lph HP fuel pump as the primary which is what is normally used in the kits as the primary and my base pressure is now 39-40psi with a -8 feed line and -6 return line. No money out of pocket to me even though I was experimenting. Superb customer service and now I'm just waiting on the tune and we should see well over 600whp on a Mustang dyno, built motor, BlaqOps fuel pumps and 6262 turbo.

Not only is this system now proven on a handful of bolt on setup, but in a couple weeks will be proven on an all out build. And it's not brass Home depot hardware...it's all AN fittings and stainless braided fuel lines to make sure you are good for years to come! On top of this, I get tuned by Bryan@GST as well. He has been tuning for 10+ years on DSMs and Evos. Even tuning a "other setups" on a 2.3 stroker and hta3582r, he mentioned that this fuel setup is smoother and comes on progressively whereas the "competition" goes wide open at around 15psi from the Hobbs switch...they aren't progressive like the BlaqOps double pumper.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. BlaqOps is only going to get better...with more products to come!!!

I think someone needs to develop a solution that doesn't provide a 900hp potential. I am making 514 on a mustang dyno and I am at 100 percent duty cycle on 1000cc's with 440cc of 50/50 alky n water. I would like to push this turbo a little farther but don't feel like complicating the fuel setup with Y's and hose clamps extra pump etc. Why can't Walboro just release a 355lph hahahaha.

Do you have an upgraded fuel rail? That will help a lot. With double pumps, you can "force" enough fuel in for your power, but even a single pump is restricted with the stock fuel rail. Only other options short of a double pumper are an inline pump (Bosch 044 or similar), surge tank with a bigger submerged or external pump (same thing, Bosch 044, Fuelab pump, Weldon, etc) and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator kit. Considering you don't want it to be too complicated, check with MAPerformance or STM. They both have "bolt-on" FPR kits for good prices. Pump up the base pressure a couple psi and you should get a little more fuel. Hope that helps!

We need to get Bryan from GST in here. He's had A LOT of experience with these pumps and seems to like them a lot!

If you search for threads by GST Motorsports, look at the thread for 6262 turbo + E85 = 620whp. Something to that affect. There isn't much said in there, but Bryan does respond to someone asking how he likes the BlaqOps double pumper. He mentions how it's a progressive system and how linear the flow from the 2nd pump is, so it works great. He loves them. If you are considering a double pumper, I wouldn't even think of anything else. That car in that thread is my car and the double pumper is awesome!!!
