Best tubular manifold...

Its looking like Shearer is the most favorited out there...Anyone know of any shootouts with manifolds? Any opinions on which would make most power? This will most likely be matched up with a 35r. Thanks...

When I do my build come this spring I will either go with the shearer or the AWD manifold, it looks really nice

I can't recall seeing any threads that have a head to head comparison between tubular manifolds. I have heard great things about Full Race exhaust manifolds also, that is the one I will go with when I swap mine out. Go check out their website and see what you think, maybe someone who owns one can chime in too... only problem is they can get a bit pricey..

Good luck

Manifold shootout is pretty hard to do.. Its time consuming, has to be done on different days because everything changes when the manifold fitment changes,,

We use Shearer on most our cars and the results speak for themselves.. See my signature..

Other than being for a t3 or t4 exh housing, does it make much of a difference if I will be running a Red, Black, 35r, or 6262? Also...Are there any crazy, like front facing, manifolds that dont require a/c removal?? Thanks again...

If you were going to run a red I would just port and coat the stock manifold. I think the shearer stock replacement manifold made 20hp over a ported manifold?

If your going all out drag then I would go t4 for sure.

All of the front facing turbos need A/C Removal, but CBRD might be able to come up with something for you if you decide to take the FF turbo route.

That's the honest truth and later down the line if you track your car hardcore, that thing will rip you a new one!!
