I would think based on the one I have personally tuned, what I have seen on E85, and other variables I dont care to explain that we'll see something like 500-515 on straight pump with a really well engineered combo (92 octane anyway) maybe a tad more. Like anything though there is always the guy that out does this and out does it by alot.

Your test showed an easy 30 whp gain over a Red, right? My car hit 464 on BR's Mustang Dyno on 93 with a Red. If there is a 30 whp gain, that would be 494, which should be more than 515 dynojet. On a crazy set-up with an aftermarket intake, etc., I would think another 30 on top of that might be possible.

Gotta love bench racing...err...dynoing. No risk to the car or anything

BR's dyno is almost exactly 15% less than ours. The 30whp was with NO changes to the tune whatsoever other than making sure the fuel was constant. No timing was added and boost was kept the same. With only a fraction of a psi and 1* of timing on pump I found another 15whp. This was 45whp over the Red, but it was 27.5 vs 27. I would think that it shouldnt make too much of a difference for that .5psi but just to be clear it wasnt done on pump. I was "sponsoring" the dyno time as a favor to someone so I wanted to get right to the meth portion of that tune.

45*0.85=38whp

So for the purposes of benchracing and bench dynoing that would push you to 502whp. No guarantee that would happen though, but I dont doubt if anyone can make it happen it will be Dave.
