No fire on one coil

I've had a few other threads all linked to this issue, but I seem to have fixed the issues in those threads and now I'm back to the main problem.

I had an issue with the coil on cyl #4 not firing, causing the car to run in limp mode. I thought it was the HKS DLI, but now eliminated the DLI from the car, and am running the stock setup with the AEM EMS.
I ordered new factory coils and installed them. Now my coil for cyl #2 and #3 is not firing. The car starts, but runs in limp mode. I pulled the wiring harness on the coil for cyl#2 and the car stays running, while when I pull the wiring harness on coil for cyl#4 the car stalls. I swapped coils, and it does the same thing, so its not the coils. I dont think I am getting a good signal for the coil on cyl#2. I checked all wiring going to the coils. Made sure they were getting 12v power, and they are. Checked the ground wires, and each has 0 resistance. How can I check the signal wire (blk/grn) and (blk/yllw) which I believe is the center wire on the wiring harness clip that goes to the coil ?
Could the cam sensor or crankshaft sensor have anything to do with this ?

I have had my tuner check the EMS settings and he says everything looks normal

I would check the wires feeding to the coils and make sure they are not exposed anywhere. They may rub against something and ground out. But the easiest thing to do is borrow a buddies AEM EMS. The AEM is know to have flaky drivers.. Good luck..

Yeah I checked the wires and measured the resistance and it seems fine. I am replacing the cam sensor tomorrow to see if it does anything, but I highly doubt it will. I wish I knew someone around here to allow me to try their EMS, but I dont.

Replaced the cam sensor, and the the coil still won't fire. Car is running on two cylinders. I also monitored the 'start sync' parameter in the EMS and noticed that as I started the car it went from 'ON' to 'OFF' which I guess would mean that the EMS is getting a signal to fire the coil from both the cam and crankshaft sensor, right ? Or is it getting a signal, but not the right signal bcos maybe the crankshaft sensor is bad ? How hard is it to replace the crankshaft sensor ? Does anyone live near me to allow me to try their AEM EMS ????
