Driveshaft clunking
I say do the driveshaft bushings and rearend (mustache bar) bushings first, see if that helps at all first. I know that Kracka and Scheides have them installed, I have Beatrush ones waiting for a warm, dry day to be put in.
when i back my car out of my driveway for the first time of the day i get a big clunk then it sounds like some clutch chatter when i push the clutch in to take it out of reverse but this only happens the first time i move my car then i dont hear it again? i was thinking it could be my rear diff separating a bit while sitting over night then when i go to drive it for the first time in the morning it pulls back together making a clunking noise?
now i'm thinking it might be the driveshaft?

My car would make clunking noises at weird times like that as well, but typically only when the driveline was having the slack taken out of it, like going foward, then going into reverse, or accelerating slowly then suddenly stepping on the clutch and letting off the gas.
I have every bushing under my car replaced. Beatrush in the drive shaft, and the ES master kit for control arms, rear end and mustash, etc. Its amazing. One of the best mods I ever did.
^^+1 made a big difference
my driveshaft was clunking (a horrible noise)when i put the new rear diff in. the bolts on the arms of the rear diff were ever so slightly loose i tightened them up and it was fine.

how does your car feel with the ams driveshaft?

This is the AWD Motorsports driveshaft. Right away I noticed that when accelerating from a dead stop that the power delivery feels more positive, like there's less slack in the driveline and the entire system is more connected. It's not something you would ever notice with a car that's not falling apart, but once it's in there you realize how much of a difference it makes.
Exhaust valves decided they don't want to seal any longer.
