Lucas (disc-style) Injectors Vs Ball type (FIC, RC) injectors for E-85

Can anyone give me specifics as to the Pro's or Con's of using the Lucas Disc type injectors with e-85? I have been searching but I'm looking for more detail. I can get a set of 120# (1224 cc) Lucas injectors for super cheap...like 200$ for a set cheap.

I am in the market for 1250cc injectors or so since i want to go over to e-85 exclusively and need to make up my mind on what to get. I would love some ID1000's but that is a lot of $$. Other choice is F!C bluemax or something akin to that.

Advice and in-depth information please. Thanks guys.

Havent used the 120# in years but as I recall they didnt seem to respond the way standard injectors will/do. I would save for the newer technology since it really does make a tremendous difference in drivability.

Thanks for the info. Any other opinions out there? I don't mind buying a more proven brand but now my curiosity is piqued.

I'm using Lucas 120's in my car (not an evo) and once I got the latency settings correct, they worked well. Not sure how in-depth to go. Car drives well, starts well, makes good power. I'm using E98 btw.
