I am not too familiar with E-85 set-ups but I would think you would need bigger injectors than 1000cc. I'm making a guess but I would go with 1600cc injectors. I'm sure the experts will chime in with a better answer.

The ID1000's are a very nice injector. they are 1000cc at a base fuel pressure of 3 bar. With the proper fuel setup to handle high fuel pressure they can flow 1500cc.

For your setup go with FIC 1450cc injectors. They will be good with e85 or pump gas and dont need a high pressure fuel system.

The FIC 2150's or the id 2000 is the same injector. We sell both. They will run about the same as a 1000cc injector at idle and drive the same as well. Buy one of these sets and you will never need another.

1000s are too small for your set up running e85, they might be too small for RON95 as well.

Well if you buy ID1000cc injectors you'll be able to run up to 1500cc like he said, which would be fine for your setup on e85. Now if you just buy a set of Precision or Denso 1,000cc injectors you'll run out of injector for sure with hardly any boost. I've heard good things about the ID2000s, which are what I'm wanting to save for. Like someone said above, you'll never need another set of injectors and I hear the drive-ability is MUCH better than on a 1600cc setup.
