did you check all physical stuff first? id check all physical stuff then move onto electronic. check the cable, linkage, etc. make sure nothing stupid happened.
unhook the negative terminal from the battery for 10min if the physical stuff checks out ok then try again. this will clear the ecu of any codes or screw ups it has stored in its memory.

Got it to start by stepping on the gas, first time since saturday. And the car barely holds an idle. On sunday it turned on a couple of times and and died, it was also really cold and snowing on sunday. I checked all the physically stuff like fuses and things. Did not see any issues.

I have that problem with it being really cold out, but i am using the AEM system. Check your cam angle sensor to make sure none of the wires came out or if it is loose, also check to see if the maf is plugged in. If you can get it to start then keep the throttle going manually until it warms up.
If none of that works, check the battery, start pulling out spark plugs and even 02 sensors if all else fails.

If you can still drive it, it sounds like a cam angle sensor problem or the wiring to them, as if a wire popped out of the plug to it. I had a wire come loose and the car drove fine, but would not idle at all unless if i manually kept it going.
