FP Black and ix turbo pics..

Just got my fp black in today and took some pics next to my ix turbo i just sold. I can't wait to install along with my new gsc s2 cams, arp headstuds, and new head gasket. I also ported the head myself and am doing a egr delete... Enjoy

Nice snail i'm gonna keep my red until the end of summer then i gonna get the black pm when u put this turbo on i wanna know numbers and how it feels...thanks

Turbo looks nice, but I dunno about that porting you did to the head...

I just cleaned up the ports and got rid of tha casting marks. I didn't go crazy with it just wanted to clean it up a bit..

Will do, i'll get it retuned in the spring when i get it back together this winter.

looks like you ruined the head. very clear you are creating turbulance at the transition from manifold to head. you took too much off.

I don't know what your talking about, i barely took any material off. I just got rid of the casting slag and took a few passes around the chamber to clean it up with a 80 grit roll. I was a mechanic for over 20 years and my father has a repair and fabrication shop. I also been in the import scene since i was able to drive at 16.

Sorry bad pic, i'll get more up when finished.

Not done, after i finish it it's going in the hot tank. I shouldn't of posted that bad pic and just waited till finished. Sorry guys..
