haha well i gotta do what i gotta do.. I just hope the block doesnt tip over on the stand while I'm trying to move it! I';ll have several people to help though.

I guess I have always over complicated this? I have removed my Trans/T-Case about 7 times trying new setups but normally I raise the car.

I remove all the custom underbracing
Remove the downpipe
UICP
Battery and Tray
Strut Tower Bar.. ect.. ect..
Wheels
Hubs
Control Arms
Unbolt the PS and other odds and ends
Unbolt the K-Member
Remove Driveshaft
Remove input shafts
Remove T-Case
Remove Tranny (My throwout bearing is always a b**ch!)
And thats as far as I usually get. haha. I havnt done any internal engine work yet until now

Got my hands on a garage.. Its messy but it works and I have plenty of tools.

Made some progress on the removal too.

Pulled the Turbo, Exhaust, Intake, A/C, P/S, Coilovers, STB, Harnesses, Battery, Axles, Input shafts, Cooling System.. ect. ect.

Now I just need to get the transfer case off, remove the rear and side motor mounts and out she comes. I've had enough for today though

I would pop the throwout bearing now while the block and tranny are still supported. I forgot to do mine and had to do with it hangen from the hoist....very scary and not the smartest thing i have done. Good thing I am sick fast with it now lol.

I hate that damn thing! I can never get it un clipped and I always have problems getting it back together. I wish there was a better way to do it then the screw driver method

YES.. If you get everything clear, the transmissoin and engine just drops right out of the bottom. Its very clear to see then engineering there once you get under the car. Its a PITA trying to take it out of the top as I'm learning.

I had to take the valve cover off to check some specs for Jackson Automotive Machine. I'm too lazy to put it back on
