just out of curiosity, what has to be done to swap a GSR/RS 5spd into a MR. I searched but didnt find and answer.

 

your def. gonna be told to search & this will probably get locked...look in the drivetrain section there should def. be a couple threads on doing this swap...

 

This has been done many times, there are other threads that describe progress and issues with it. If you are experienced with transmission work, it is not hard.
