you must mean evo 6. all i found was this thread:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ed-evo-vi.html

i dont like the idea of buying a second hand turbo, i wonder if this would work. its not a holset turbo, it appears to be a knockoff. who knows. what i really want is a new hx35

Looks like you had the wire speed too high or you were moving too slow

Not good running a divided turbine housing with undivided mani, you will end up with tons of extra heat and stress where they meet.

yeah the welder was acting up, i hate mig need to get me a tig haha but im not 100% sure that it is truely a divided hotside, because the internal wastegate only regulate boost out of the right chamber and the rest dumps right back into the other runner so it seems like a signle housing anyways... im not really sure

you need to make sure those flanges line up 100% otherwise there will be horrible flow restrictions and egt's will skyrocket also as mentioned above.

i mean the turbine housing exhaust holes.. they must be 100% with the exhaust manifold or you're going to have big problems. not only is it going to effect spoolup, but its going to kill the turbo most likely due to extremely high egt's cause of flow restriction.

it does not look like they line up and once that exhaust hits a wall big problems are gonna happen.

That press bent (wrinkled?) downpipe looks like it can handle less airflow then stock.. Good luck with your venture.
