what if.....?

Well the situation is that my boost solenoid broke. I was wondering if only temporarly I can connect the wastegate directly to the turbo? Will it boost at all? ANy damage? let me know

would not do this get another soleniod cheap from a wrecked evo you should be using a MBC or EBC anyways

yea my buddy has a mbc but he lives an hour away from me is it safe to drive with the set up like that?

thats what i suggest, if you dont have a boost gauge easily accelerate to about 3 grand then shift, if you have a boost gauge just watch that and dont hit boost good luck.

Lots of mis-information here. If you connect the wastegate directly to the turbo it will run wastegate pressure which is typically 12-15psi on our stock turbo'd car. Hopefully you have a way to monitor boost as that should have been one of your first mods

No to nie dobrze :P

Ja tez niestety nie mialem Boost Gauge w Swojim IX GSR.

Lepiej nie czwaniakowac i zrobic jak powinno sie. Kup od dealerka jakiego a jak nie to zamow od Buschur Czy AMS jakie MBC i EXPRESS SHIPPING, I spox.

Yes, you shouldn't be able to break 12 psi from nipple to waste gate. Go get that MBC...
