Installing fuel pump

My local car shop charges $250 for installing the walboro fuel pump... he said that it takes 2.5 - 3 hrs to install. Is this true? Just kind of feel ripped off for buying a $90 dollar product but spending nearly x3 the price to install it. Thanks for your guys help ~~

Do it yourself. So easy. You should spend nothing to install it.

Definitly not worth $250. It will take you 40 min if you have never done it before.

agreed . ^ ^ ^ ^ follow the how to . and you will be fine. if you can change your own oil . you can do this. plus this should be a good start off for you to learn how to start doing your own work to the car. good luck
