How much torque is necessary to spin the tires in 1st and 2nd . Post your figures!

I know my buddy had 403/402 and would spin 1-2 and on the freeway he dropped down to third when it was wet out and went wot he was spinning all four at 65+ LOL hella sick!

 

a lot.. considering i barely spun them with 451wtq on a dynojet. I have 245/45/18's though, its probably the 18's helping. On a evo 7 id say you can do it with less torque since its a smaller version evo.


ADD: it really depends on the road surface as well, i had my car spinning 2nd on certain road surfaces. once you start making 450+ tq on these cars they get a little dangerous, especially on turns.

 

I spun them with 330wtq in the rain once.

 

im around 4-420 but i got 245 bf goods kdw 2's,... sticky icky. i spin em if i get on it in a turn, and a little on launch
