BBK Vs Fp green hta 73

Curious to what everyone thinks a better turbo would be for me. I have been all about the BBK, but now I dont know. Basically I want the turbo to make over 400 whp on a mustang dyno on E85. I will be going to the track once in awhile but want more of a fun street car. I will be on the stock bottom end so i know not to push more than 430 whp is what Ive been hearing. Like I said i was all about the BBK but it cost more to have the 9 turbo shipped in to have done where the green hta is way cheaper. If i can get the same result with the green and its cheaper thats the way I would go. Unless CBRD would set up a deal for me reading this lol. Just let me know what ya think im very confused on what to get. Thank you for your time!

Both of these turbos should easily make over 400whp on a mustang dyno w/ e85.
Hell, your stock 9 turbo should be able to break 400whp on e85.

I would choose the BBK. It has been proven time and time again to perform with great numbers and awesome feel. Also, CBRD's customer service and turn around time alone make it the obvious choice. They are a great group of guys over at CBRD and will help you with any of your needs.

You shouldnt be as worried about the hp hurting the stock block as the tq is whats going to kill it. The HTA Green looks strong and on a built motor its gonna be capable of 500whp/500wtq+.. Just my .02's

one more thing t,rev, somebody already making 650hp on the fp black, so u got plenty of head room in the future. bbk, blouch ,red, green, none of these can beat it.

The BBK was present during HTA green development. If you want the results of the two tested on same engine give FP a call.

Either turbo you can probably break 400 on a Mustang.

u are right brother, he should just get a stock evo 9 turbo. They could break 400whp .

People I know that have stock 9 on E85 with bolt ons would only make 360 370 whp on the mustang dyno im talking about. They now make around 430 to 450 with there fp reds and run 11.1 quarters with there 6speeds. I want to do the same. Maybe be faster bein i dont have a 6 speed.

You obviously don't know what the eff you want.

The thread is titled BBK vs HTA 73 Green, but now you start talking about drag racing and the FP Red. What do you want to do with your car?

Also, do a little research about the turbo (BBK) that you are considering. If you did you would find this thread where an owner went 11.1 @ 126mph and that was during his first trip to the track with his new setup. It wasn't even on e85 but with a meth/93 octane mix.

Research homie!!! And don't ask us to do it for you!

Ive seen that thread before. And because I was talking about the red does not mean I want it. I was just stating that I basically wont be able to make 400 whp with a 9 turbo. Im curious to know what someone would wanna do in my situation. Fp green is cheaper when you send in your 9 core. BBK cost more sending in a 9 core. And if I can get the fp green to outperform the BBK and its cheaper maybe Thats the way I should go? I was just looking for some insight on this. And yes Im going to drag the car but only a couple times a year.
