I think you might want to look at the BBK-B. Once more and more people have them and we can see more e85 numbers, I think that will be the turbo which you'll decide to go with.

Hi t-revzr. Maybe this will help... Link--> The "Best" Turbo Upgrade for Evo 4G63 daily driver.

From your post, it looks like you don't want as much as an FP Red... so the BBK XL will also be too big... so a BBK Full vs 'Gen 1' EvoGREEN dyno-sheet is on page 3 of the link...
The 'Gen 2' EvoGREEN HTA 73 has a higher flow rate than the BBK Full. You be the judge...

EXTRACT: I'm compiling turbo flow-rate data from various sources, including Manufacturers' websites... Tuners' shops...evom.net...MLR etc.

If this is accurate, then it seems unlikely that the BBK Full will produce more Torque or BHP (or WHP) than even an FP "Gen 2" 73HTA Green, far less the FP Red. Just not enough flow rate available.

My $0.02¢

Be one of the few to have a HTA FPgreen and post some results. This website needs more HTA Green numbers. Everyone is choosing the safer option with the proven BBK but I just wonder what the HTA green could really do. Come one guys, somebody buy this damn turbo and post up!

After looking as this thread I've realized everybody voting for cbrd has had there car worked at xbrd or some kind of affiliation with them so there ya go. Imo go with the fp green it has a lot room to make power after your intial tuen with more mods where I've seen the bbk is stuck at a certain power level. Just my opioion

What's the difference with the B version ? ETA? I'm in the market. I asked this question on the bbk question thread but it wasn't answered-

Basically, just swapping out the turbo (and obviously injectors)

With full bolt ons minus cams (catless tbe, intake, fuel pump, 3.5" ic, ported mani, ported megan o2.. etc)

What would the power difference be? I put down 315 awhp on DG motors DD dyno. Trying to figure out if it's worth it. I know i've always read that the BBK full is the ultimate pump gas turbo - but what about this new "b" version and would the hta green shine more on e85 since it's higher top end / more flow potential?

I want a strictly daily driver pump gas car.

Me too I got the same dilemma.
Owen from uk also offers a BB conversion for the green hta.
I really believe the green would be much fun.
