Skunk 2 TB needs spacer?
So i was just in the process of installing my skunk 2 throttle body but it will not fit on there evidently with a stock intake manifold and a ams fuel rail the it will not fit with out a spacer? the "wheel" that the cable hooks to is hitting one of the bolts on the fuel rail. anyone else ran into this issue? does anyone make tb spacers for our cars?
Return it and get a Mil.Spec 65mm ported throttle body. Those Skunk2 TB's create nothing but problems.

You need a fuel rail that has a swivel fitting on the feed side to make it work. The AEM, Agency Power, AMS, Perrin and other rails with a fixed inlet feed mount will not work with the Skunk2 TB. The Aeromotive & Wilson rails will work with the Skunk2 TB.
I am upgrading my Aeromotive fuel rail to a Wilson so if your intersted I could sell you my slightly used Aeromotive rail.

Well I have the same problem.I got in contact with skunk and they said that their tb was made for stock fuel rail.which is the most retarded thing I've heard.I mean come on your upgrading tb means your gonna need more fuel.I will post pics.I needs about a 1/4" spacer for it to work.

Ya you need a spacer between the bottom of the garbage can and the TB so it doesn't poke through when you lift the bag out and toss it in the bin. See if you can find some old oily towels or something, that should do the trick.
Yea its a ****ty design its not mine its a friends.Im trying to make it work for him but thus far no luck. For seals ill see what fits shaft and maybe machine a recess on it but i doubt that will work.
