Well i was on kelfords website, and saw they make custom grind cams to any specs. I noticed while going through dyno results a couple had "custom cams" in the parts lists. So lets talk about any "custom cams" that have been tryed on evos. I know some tuners may want to keep their spec secrect but maybe they can give so advise and if anything lets us know what doesnt work lol.

 

I think its kinda one of those things if ya have to ask...

With that said the evo market is blessed with TONS of off the shelf cams that perform awesome and are cost effective!

 

The custom cams tend to be for those that need something very specific. Strokers with small turbos or big turbos, restrictor class cars, cars with odd combos. For the most part the stuff off the shelf fits 99% of the customer needs and will be available from someone without having to have a custom grind done.
