Thread Sealant on Header Studs

Good idea or no? Replacing exhaust manifold. Found one stud stripped and rest looked worn. So while I'm at it, I'll swap out the 7 studs also. Is using thread sealant (high temp) common practise here or not needed? Any brand better than the next?

Thanks...

Use it. These studs vibrate loose and can make a big mess. I used Threadlocker 271, red. Can be found at any auto store.
