Heater does not feel hot.

When I turn the heater on it does not feel as hot as it use to. And it blows cold air on the middle setting. What could that be?

LOL

Car gets hot as usual, so probably not thermostat. How can I check the cables? Also my coolant was low after the clutch install but I topped it off

The coolant is still low and you need to fill it up.

Check the cable on the heat control. They are known to snap. I am dealing with one now.

Mine does the same thing a lot. My cable is messed up so once in a while I have to manually reach under the dash and turn the lever for the heat door or w/e.

This. Mine only came unhooked from the control behind the dash, but apparently it had been like that for some time. I bought the car new, but I think it came off when I installed my touchscreen head unit. I thought the heating in the car sucked, but a local mechanic said it shouldn't be this way, looked under the dash and fixed it in like 5 minutes if that.

It is breathin' fire now.

Good luck

Is the heat cooler all the time or just when idling?
