Spoolin up coils with aem...

I put on this very nice set and well packaged coil setup on my car the other day. Makes the car run great, changed my a/f ratio like crazy from idle 2 wide open seems to burn fuel properly very pleased with the product. I had a question, has anyone experienced having to change the dwell time on the aem for these or running an aem and having coil drivers burn up. I am not saying these coils are the problem on why me drivers burnt up I thiink they where on there way out anyways is maybe why i was having my high rev. ignition break up.

I guess what my question is:
1 has anyone expericened burnt up coil drivers and why
2 what are the factory or what these coils dwell times are?

*Spoolin up coils are great and a well packaged product and the service is great!

Go look in the AEM forum first off... and you'll find the answer in the coil dwell topic!!!

I haven't experienced any problems running these coils with the AEM.

Here is a better thread to go through. That should get you going Im pretty sure.

The base map coil dwell setting suck unless they have updated them.

There is a setting in AEM for Denso/Toyota/Prius coils. Haven't seen AEM in some time but that's what you want.

Why this and not improved stock settings?

These settings seem a bit weak...

Is the TC/Prius/Echo the correct dwell settings in EMS?
