Forge RS BOV Stuck Open?

Anyone ever had this problem? About half the time I do a boost leak test I have to remove the BOV and push the piston in with my finger because air is rushing out the intake side. Ive been having a few issues lately that I think may be because of this.

Thanks

This is a rubber diaphragm design BOV right? See if diaphragm has gone bad or maybe just need to clean it or oil it

Nope not rubber. It seems as though the piston does not always sit back flush with the hole, thus causing a leak.

I don't think its really an oiling issue. Im more interested in seeing if anyone else as had this problem.
