RPM's dipping

Car rpm's drop to about 550 range and then bounce back to around 850-950 range when I come to a stop light. Not to mention the nice misfire. I am going to start with new plugs maybe those are the culprit. Any other suggestions?

-Stock BOV and Stock intake so I doubt those are my issue unless maybe its time for a new filter...

did this start happening out of the blue? how long have u owned the car? If it just started happening it could most likely be the plugs

first i thought it was spark plugs then i thought it was idle air control valve? it happend to me too im trying to figure it out myself, but it hasnt happened lately after i took off my exhaust and i eliminated the cat. It's been running fine since. but i highly doube it was cause ot the oem cat.

I've only had the car for a few weeks but it was fine -just recently noticed it when I made a road trip for work. It was rainy and I noticed the misfire and rpm dip I've heard Evo's are notorious for idle dipping when it rains...sounds stupid I know but thats what I have heard. Now I notice it everytime I come to a stop. I'll grab some new plugs and see if that helps- too bad our ****y advance doesnt sell evo spark plugs...ugh lol.

I dont think its a vaccum leak because won't that be more noticeable other then stopping?
