Well forward facing turbo kits are not meant for daily driving, the turbo would get ruined. Most cars that have forward facing kits are track cars, most likely with the AC removed. So why would there be any point for that type of kit and keeping the AC which implies you want to daily drive it.

get a civic ac condensor and get new ac lines made...works with the F.F manifolds...and a Filter on your turbo or Buschur Block off plate will protect the turbo

Im not a big fan of the setup.A local guy hit a pigeon and the turbo sucked up feathers and bye bye turbo pigeon ftw.

All that so you can run a forward Facing manny/turbo on the street seriously stupid who you trying to impress. waste of time unless its a drag only car there are plenty off great mannies on the market not forward facing if you dont like any MAKE YOUR OWN(pay somebody that can if you cant)

Has anybody actually done that though?

I know there was talk about it, but I don't think I've seen anybody actually do it.

It would look bad *** if you cut a hole in the hood and had the turbo stickin out forward facing mad max style. You could do a short filter and taylor your hood cut to fit it.

A top mount forward facing manifold would be very difficult to build I have tried! The fact that the turbo is foward facing kinda screws you on the downpipe because you've got your runners in the way. I had a few ideas on how to possibly make it work but gave up on it because it would have been way over the top and a real pain in the a$$ to build. So yes I think it may be possible but it wouldn't be easy!
