clutch no launching

im researching for a new clutch and have a question.. when clutches are rated to hold a certain amount of power is it only reffering to when it engages? i have roughly 280wtq and may go up to 350ish in the future but I plan to NEVER launch the car. will for example, a stage 1 exedy organic be a good clutch since I dont plan on ever launching? or will it slip also when engaged? any recomendations would be much appreciated!!! TIA

Something to consider also is how often do you do pulls, not just launches. There is still a huge force on the flywheel and discs when the turbo spools and you hit peak torque. Just something to consider
