You should have the the shop that installed it check it out, unless you did the install.

i did the install and i have 10k miles on it
now if it was a bad clutch it should not engage tell the very top of the pedal
but for some reason it is engaging right off the floor which would tell me it has to be the master or slave cyl

just wanted other thoughts

There is a problem that shows up under very hard shifting. The release bearing retainer comes apart-when pushing the clutch pedal-the linkage in the bellhousing can sometimes travel too far. There is a fix for it, DG Motors has the parts. Have to pull the trans to fix though.

The most likely cause for a low pedal in an EvoX is air in the system. I assume that you bled the hydraulics but I suggest the use of a mighty-vac to do this as it uses vacuum to pull the air out. You should bleed from the slave as well as from the reservoir. Give this a shot and let us know if there is improvement.

Mine has been doing it every once in a while. Doesn't seem like completely disengaging. I suspect air in line butu sine I'm swapping out to EVO 9 MC tomorrow haven't bothered to bleed it.
