Vaccum indication at idle

I just installed my boost gauge over the weekend to monitor my system for a suspected boost leak. I have an IX w 55k miles on it and the boost gauge is showing 19.5inHG at idle. I remember seing around 12 or 13 is spot on. Stock turbo and stock cams. Any info would be appreciated.

I am at ~21 when at full vacuum and I have mild cams (HKS 272). I just installed my AEM Digital boost gauge the other weekend so now I have a definitive answer.

Cool, the greater the vac the better then? Thanks for the input guys. Oh and my readings were off of a Defi racer gauge.

Usually the more the better---whats posted above seems to fall in line for all options. I see the same readings--
